Dan Klepper of Fantasy Face Artistry is located in beautiful Historic Franklin, Tennessee. Dan has personally trained his team of 25 face painters and balloon artists.  Together they have been serving Tennessee and Kentucky for 12 years.  Having face painted everything from custom designs for individuals in his studio, to festivals of over 130,000 people,
